  • Male/Female 26 – 45 years old
  • Experience at least 8 years in Catering Business or Hotel Industry with big Banquet facilities, in the kitchen, or in a Kitchen of Gourmet Shop of a recognized leading Department Store, or any similar large scale cooking environment
  • Recipe and general Cooking knowledge of Asian, Western and Ethnic, as well as Special Dietary Food, related to Hot and Cold Kitchen and Dish-up works, plus knowledge of local Thai Hot Food, trends and flavors
  • Possess proficiency in English language for reading, listening, speaking, and writing related to Food Production and menu and specifications reading would be a distinctive advantage over others
  • Basic Computer skill in Microsoft appliances, analytical flair and logistic knowledge is a must to be trained, learned and used day-to-day by the applicant

Qualification

Costing Supervisor

Job Description

– Report directly to financial accounting manager and GM

– Responsible for product costing preparation and variance verification for month-end closing

– Coordinate with concerned parties on inventory control and physical count activities

– Prepare cost analysis report, and business unit profitability report

– Support the management on product cost analysis and decision making

– Work with the management team on business planning and forecast process

– Ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory account and product cost control

 Qualification:

  • Male or female with age over 25 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in financial and accounting
  • At least 1-2 years of experiences in standard costing system
  • Experiences in manufacturing is a plus
  • Computer software literate such as Microsoft office
  • Good command of English language
